This is an Application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of this court. It is grounded on the following;1. That the Applicants CTM Uganda Limited, Prime Holdings Limited and Joseph Magezi are dissatisfied with the High Court decision in Misc. Application No. 904 of 2015.2.That the intended Appeal raises various points of law and fact and have very high chances of success.
