With the development of IT and its applications, the traditional field of privacy is enriched with new elements every day. An integral part of these elements, personal data turns out to be highly coveted resources. Their treatment must take place "with respect for rights, fundamental freedoms, the dignity of natural persons". As a result, legislation on personal data proves to be an instrument of general protection with regard to fundamental human rights and freedoms.
