Repeal. 121. (1) Subject to subsection (2) the following laws are hereby repealed — (a) the Customs Proclamation (Cap. 200); (b) the Excise Proclamation. (Cap. 201); and (c) the Customs Duties on South African Spirits, Beer and Wines Proclamation, No. 35 of 1964. (2) Anything done under the laws repealed by subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provision of this Act.
