46. The principal Act is amended by adding a new
section 64A as follows:

“principal Act”.

48. The principal Act is amended in section 2 by
inserting the words “or electronic” immediately after the
word “recorded” appearing in the definition of the term
“record”.

49. This Part shall be read as one with the Banking

50. The principal Act is amended in section 8 by

words “writing” and “and”, appearing in subsection (1).
