(2)
The Cabinet member responsible for State security must, in
consultation with the Cabinet member responsible for the administration of justice, make
regulations, prescribing the—
(a)
form of the report and manner of reporting to the Director-General: State Security
as contemplated in section 60(4); and
(b)
form of the certificate as contemplated in section 60(7).
(3)
The Cabinet member responsible for State security must make
regulations as contemplated in section 58(5).
Short title and commencement
68.
(1)
This Act is called the Cybercrimes and Cybersecurity Act, 20.........
(Act No. ..... of ............), and comes into operation on a date fixed by the State
President by proclamation in the Gazette.
(2)
Different dates may be fixed under subsection (1) in respect of
different provisions of this Act.
