This law, taken in application of the provisions of article 47 of the Constitution, of law 1/96 of February 13, 1996 fixing the rules of privatization of the companies of the public sector and of the law n ° 004/2001 relating to reorganization of the postal and telecommunications sector, regulates the telecommunications sector.
