(b)	 the exercise of any enforcement powers of
the Authority under this Act; or
(c)	 cases where the Authority considers that
there is an urgent need to act in order to
safeguard competition and protect the inte­
rests of users in accordance with the law,
the Authority shall, where it intends to take a
decision in accordance with this Act which has a
significant impact on a market for information and
communications networks or services, make
available to interested parties a statement of the
proposed decision and give the interested parties
the opportunity to comment on the proposed
decision within a period of sixty days, or as
otherwise
determined,
depending on the
circumstances.
(2) The Authority shall­
(a) publish	 its consultation procedures which
may include open meetings; and
(b)	 establish a single information point through
which all current consultations can be
accessed.
(3) The results of any consultations under this
section shall be made publicly available by the
Authority through such means as it considers
appropriate in the circumstances, except in the
case of any information which the Authority
considers to be confidential.
(4) Where the Authority decides to hold a public
meeting, it shall­
(a)	 give to the Minister and to each other party
interested in an application or a regulation
pending before the Authority not later than
thirty days prior notice of the meeting;
(b) publish the notice in the	 Gazette and in at
least two newspapers of wide circulation in
The Gambia to maximise the opportunity for
