terms of exploitation and transmit his or her
decision to the parties mentioned in sub
regulation (3) and any other interested party.
(7) A decision under subregulation (6) shall
be recorded and published by the Registrar
General.
(8) Where the decision of the Registrar
General to grant a licence under sub
regulation (6) is subject to an appeal, he or she
shall record and publish the decision once it
becomes final.
25. (1) A notice of an application to invalidate
a patent under section 15(1) of the Act, and
the decision of the Court shall be served on
the owner and all licensees.
(2) If the Court finds that the failure to meet the
requirements specified in section 15(2) of the
Act applies only to some of the claims or parts
of a claim, the Court shall make an order for
partial invalidation in accordance with that
finding.
PART III INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS
26. The Registrar General shall apply the
latest version of the Locarno Agreement of
1968
establishing
an
International
Classification for Industrial Designs, for the
classification of industrial designs.
27. (1) The application for the registration of
an industrial design shall be made in form
D1, and in addition to the details therein
prescribed, shall
(a) state whether the applicant is the creator
and if he or she is not, state the name and
address of the creator; and
(b) be accompanied by evidence of the
applicant’s entitlement to make the
