Be it hereby passed, by the National Assembly, and signed, by the President of the Republic, in accordance with the provisions of the Interim National Constitution of the Republic of the Sudan, 2005. his Act may be cited as the, “Electronic Transactions Act, 2007”, and shall come into force, as of the date of signature .
