organizations
41.' A broadcasting organization has the exclusive right
. to authorise or prohibit
(a) the re-broadcasting of its broadcast;
(b) the fixation of its broadcast; or
(c ) the reproduction of a fixation of its broadcast
where
(i) the fixation used to make the
reproduction is made without
authorisation. or
(ii) the broadcast is initially fixed in
accordance with the provisions of
this Act. but the reproduction is
made for purposes other than those
specified.

42. (1) The producer of a sound recording or audio visual
work may authorise or prohibit
. (a) the direct or indirect reproduction of that sound
recording or audio visual work;
(b) importation of copies of the sound recording;
