(c) the distribution to the public by sale or other
, transfer of ownership of the original or copies
of the sound recording that has not already
been subject to a distribution authorised by
the producer;
(d) rental to the public or public lending of a copy
of the sound recording, irrespective of the
ownership of the copy rented or lent;
(e) the making available to the public of the sound
recording, by wireless means, in such a way
that members of the public may access it from
a place or at a time individually chosen by
them .
(2) The rights under subsection ( 1 ) shall be protected
from the date of publication of the sound recording until
the end of the fiftieth calendar year following the year of
publication or, if the sound recording has not been
published, from the fixation of the sound recording until
the end of the fiftieth calendar year following the year of
fixation.
(3) The producer of a sound recording or audiovisual
work may make available to the public a sound recording
or audio visual work by wire or wireless means in such a
way that members of the public may access it from a
place and at a time individually chosen by them.
(4) A copy of a sound recording or audiovisual work is
unlawful if with or without imitatino the outward
characteristic of the original work it incorporates all or
part of the producer's sound recording or audiovisual
work without his authorisation.
