The Regulatory Board member shall terminate
his/her duties due to the following reasons:
Le membre du Conseil de Régulation quitte
ses fonctions suite aux raisons suivantes :
1° manda ye irangiye;
1° end of his/her term of office;
1° fin de son mandat ;
2° yeguye akoresheje inyandiko;
2° resignation in writing ;
2° démission présentée par écrit ;
3° atagishoboye gukora imirimo ye
kubera
ubumuga
bw’umubiri
cyangwa uburwayi bwo mu mutwe,
byemejwe na muganga wemewe na
Leta;
3° incapacity due to physical or mental
illness as certified by an authorised
medical doctor;
3° incapacité causée par l’insuffisance
physique ou mentale attestée par un
médecin agréé;
4° akatiwe burundu igihano cy’igifungo
kingana cyangwa kirengeje amezi
atandatu (6) nta subikagihano;
4° irrevocable sentence to a term of
imprisonment equal to or exceeding
six-months (6) with no suspension of
sentence;
4° condamnation définitive à une peine
d’emprisonnement

ou
supérieure à six (6) mois sans sursis;
5° asibye inama inshuro eshatu (3)

5° three (3) consecutive absences from
the Board meetings within period of
one (1) year with no valid reasons;
5° trois (3) absences successives aux
réunions du Conseil de Régulation

6° in the event that he/she no longer
meets the requirements considered for
his/her appointment to the Regulatory
